Reflection
Overall, I believe superfit is quite beneficial & gives me the sufficient cardio expectation that I was looking for. I put as much effort as possible the majority of class, when I'm feeling up to it of course. On days that I felt sickness or was injured, evidently I was unable to participate. As mentioned before, I take great pride and dedicate myself to excelling my physical ability, & SuperFit gives me the chance to take advantage of this great opportunity. I work well with others and get along with all of my peers in our joyful class. Our class is filled with nothing but good vibes & hard work, & without a doubt, this is my favourite class that I'm currently taking. I believe that my work habits are meeting expectations, as well as my participation (G). If I were to self evaluate myself and give myself a current grade in this class, I would give myself an A.

SUPER FIT 2O13
I grasped the opportunity to take Superfit this year to excel my physical ability. I take part in weight training daily at the local YMCA, thus the reason I took SuperFit in order to tone up (mainly cardio). My daily work outs at the YMCA consist of bulking, and maintaining no less than a 2 hour work out. Physical Activity plays a key role in my life and believe it is a vital thing to take part in. I really enjoy the atmosphere in our superfit class and the mood in general! :) and to top it off, we have an AMAZING teacher, AKA Mrs. Phillips :D <3

Assessment
I think I participate in physical activity sufficiently everyday. Not only do I take part in physical activity, but I also excel my capabilities and not let my limits define me. In other words, there's no such thing as obstacles in my books, especially when it comes to working out. Not only do I record my results, but I also have a before & after picture.

Is Physical Activity the key to a healthy life ? Alone?
Some think that taking part in physical activity alone can help them reach their fitness goals. Although, I believe that this isn't quite true. Your diet, practically what you eat, is quite important. After all, they do say "you are what you eat!". If you take part in physical activity everyday and continue to not eat healthy, I'm afraid the results that you are hoping for will not satisfy you. I started eating healthy and changing my daily lifestyles (yes, cut down on fast food!). I can already see improvement, both mentally and physically. Dedication and commitment is an important key.
Physical Activity Everyday
Physical Activity is an important part of my life. I take part in extra-curricular activities outside of school, which include working out daily at the Tong Louie YMCA, as well as playing for the school rugby team. Rugby practices take place three times a week, including a game, since the season is about to start. Practices run for about a good hour to an hour and a half. Therefore giving me at least three hours of physical activity a week, for just rugby alone. My daily work outs consist of an hour to an hour and a half as well, clearly giving me more than sufficient physical activity.
1 month in....
It's already been one month into the semester... where has time gone! Physical Education 10 has changed my perspective of P.E. compared to previous school years. The intensity level of P.E. 10 is astonishing. For the first time in high school I experienced fitness twice a week. At my old school, fitness was once in the beginning of the semester, once in the middle and finally a final fitness test towards the end of the semester. Yes, this means there was only 3 beep tests in one semester (including all the other fitness tests!). Although, I believe that fitness twice a week is good for your well being, although I would prefer to have more options. My favorite thing in P.E. 10 would have to be the weight room. I enjoy working out daily and I fully believe that weight training is an important key in my life.
